J100 Spray Nozzle Delay

A delay is occurring on start up where at least 1 out of the 4 nozzles takes longer to output.

Causes:

1. Spray system is getting blocked up and it is taking longer to get to nozzles. 
2. Solenoid (electromagnetic valve assembly) is not working properly. 
3. Nozzle ESC is causing Solenoid to not work properly. 

Solutions:

1. Power down external and internal, and restart. Click here for step by step video how to fully shut down and restart J100
2. Clean out the spray system. 
3. Replace Replace Electromagnetic valve assembly.  Click here to go to store for a new J100 Electromagnetic valve assembly
4. Replace J100 Nozzle ESC. Click here to go to store for a new J100 Nozzle ESC V1 
   Click here to go to store for a new J100 Nozzle ESC V2

        If you do replace the ESC it will need to be reconfigured Click Here for video on this.

Conclusion: 

In conclusion we have mainly seen this caused by a bad electromagnetic valve assembly or nozzle esc. In the video below two valve assemblies were broken and needed replaced.
